Reviews and Ratings
Staying at the hotel allowed us to soak up the gorgeous Lake Lucerne and even listen at night to opera coming from the church across the lake. The rooms were exceptionally clean and recommended for a couple, but the restaurant kitchen in the middle of the stairs was a bit inconvenient at times.
The hotel was nice with friendly staff, had good service, and a great location near restaurants and attractions. The rooms lacked some decoration and needed an update, but were still comfortable.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with its huge, modern, and well-decorated rooms. Everything was clean and very nice, making for a comfortable experience. The service was exceptional and very helpful, even going the extra mile to reserve a special lakeside table for our anniversary. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Lucerne, offering stunning views of the river, the Jesuit church, and the mountains. Dining was a bit pricey but worth it considering the quality. Overall, a great choice for a memorable stay in Lucerne.
The hotel is located in Old Town, offering excellent views of the Chapel Bridge and the river. The rooms were a bit tight and not completely soundproof but were always clean early in the day, allowing for relaxation after morning outings. The service was kind and polite, assisting in securing a top-floor suite with air, although no help was provided with luggage. The location is ideal for exploring Old Town, with picturesque views of the church, mountains, and river. The dining experience was delightful, featuring a lovely selection and a chocolate fountain. The facilities are well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant stay.
The hotel had very average rooms for a 4-star rating, but they were beautiful, with a simple yet elegant decor and great facilities. The inclusion of a sauna and thoughtful amenities like an umbrella and universal charging adapter was very considerate.
I had a fabulous stay with stunning views at the hotel. The rooms were a bit small but had a delightful balcony overlooking the Chapel Bridge, mountains, and river. The service was top-notch, with thoughtful touches like rose petals on the bed. The location was perfect for exploring the town, right by the river and close to all major sites. However, the dining experience was a bit pricey and had some issues with crockery and understanding the menu.
The hotel offers small but very nice and comfortable rooms. Despite some delay past check-in, the service was kind and helpful, especially Delia at the front desk and Jessica at breakfast. The location facing the river and city is excellent, providing a great view. The dining experience was good value considering the expenses in the area. The facilities are well-maintained.
The hotel is situated on level 4 overlooking the old town with two small windows, offering a great fan and clean rooms that look out onto a square in the old town part of the city. The accommodating and friendly service compensates for any shortcomings we encountered.
I found the hotel charming with a lovely view of the lake from my room, though the balustrade was a bit obstructive. It was a little small and on the pricey side, but overall, a very nice place to stay.
